What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?
(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

She should be willing to listen to others even though it may be hard for her. To be a leader and not follow regulations is showing the younger soldiers that she doesn't really care or bother too much. I do hope someone can talk to her, maybe a one on one would do better.

Where was the command leadership that allowed her to get away with an appearance that was not within Regulation?

ATROCIOUS! There IS a STANDARD! NO ACCEPTIONS! Why is there not an open door to the BDE CDR for ANYONE to address this? NO ONE is "above the Law"! CORRECT IT CSM!!!

The problem is much bigger than her. She is a symptom or indicator of much deeper problems. She represents two major issues in the Army. First, selective enforcement of the rules and regulations; and second, the CSM position is in most cases a useless position, a position filled by a senior Soldier looking for a niche to fill that often doesn't exist. So, as a senior Soldier filling a CSM position looks for relevance in a position that mostly has none they often end up focusing on the non-relevant--take PT reflective belts for example. I once attended a weekly CSM meeting on the Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan. My purpose and hope was to convince this large group of CSMs to encourage the enforcement of counterintelligence and counter terrorism protocols on BAF. After giving me several excuses as to why they as a body couldn't encourage the enforcement of already in-place counterintelligence measures, they moved on to the more important agenda item for the meeting: which was devising a plan to ensure that ALL personal on BAF wore PT belts at night. One CSM even suggested that the MPs should detain anyone who was not wearing their PT belt until their immediate supervisor provided them one.

I once got a ticket driving around in a gator for not stopping at a stop sign on BAF. The MP thought we didn't have a vehicle road pass but once he saw it and could not impound our gator, he came up with the not stopping excuse. I have some good pictures of the impound lot on BAF. Great times.

The unit Facebook page has now deleted all negative comments and actually posted a threat using the UCMJ. How sad is that?

I have an air tight, EEO/PC, non racist or sexist question/statement: "What part of the NCO Creed are you epitomizing? The part that says no one is more professional than I, or is it the part that says "I will not use my rank to gain personal pleasure? Hmm maybe it is the whole" Officers of my unit will have maximum time to accomplish their duties; they will not have to accomplish mine. Or maybe it is the....wait for it, I will not forget my integrity, nor my morale courage, could that be it?" Now you can fix it or we can go see your boss? Your preference.

I wonder how many she kept from advancement with her antics. While she was lying on her back for rank there was no doubt a number of good soldiers who were overlooked or discouraged who otherwise may not have been. It's not just about her.
I saw this type during Desert Storm with an NCO I had. Only one way I have seen for this type of person to advance when they are so clearly not fit for the rank. So nothing new there but even she wasn't as ate up out of regs.
I guess a lot has changed since my time.

Yea I saw a few of these over there. Not so much in the Marines, but definitely in the Army. I called them mop heads because the hair looks so much like the head of a mop. No respect for anyone who abuses regs just because they have rank. I'd tell her she's an unsat bag of rags. Shame on her CO for allowing it too. It's disrespectful to the war fighters & doesn't set a good example

She should be jacked-up by her up line, fired as a CSM, busted to SFC, and immediately retired from the ranks.
