So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

She has to follow Army standards. Matter fact as BDE CSM she should be enforcing the standards

These are punitive actions according to the new changes in AR 670-1 - harassment (?) at her level she should know the standard and be able to distinguish it. There should be no further communication other than enforcement of regulatory actions. If she feels like it's worth being corrected like a lower enlisted soldier that's exactly what should happen. There's repeated proof of her violating Army regulations. Disappointed that she's affecting so many lives in such a derogatory manner.....

Forget about the CSM. The 1SG is the most important NCO who does the CSM's job at the company level. Be your own example. You don't need a CSM to have a great organization with outstanding leadership and high standards. She will step on her own appendage soon enough.

I wouldn't have given a *hit, would tell him or her in a respectful and professional straight up way needs to get back into standards. Then again, that is just me.

File a IG complaint. That's the Inspector general. Just make sure you have you proof. Get names of witnesses that will stand up and report her when questioned by the IG team.

I have never personally met this particular CSM but I did serve under CSM King when she was a 1SG. From what I have read about this CSM ; she seems to be in the same mold as CSM King. Completely wrong and full of her own superiority. I have served with some very professional soldiers both male and female; both as a Drill Sergeant and while working in BDE/ BN staff. SNCO's like this set the wrong example for the troops, as well as showing an unprofessional example of her unit, the NCO Corps, and the Army.

The MP's are supposed to lead the way at least that is what my son an Army MP says. As a retired MSGT and former 1st SGT I can only ask how did she get CSM?

Our standards have really fallen this is a fine example of "write your own NCOER" mentallity. This is what you get...shit-bags get promoted and put in positions of authority, instead of QMP'd. This is ridiculous, lazy leaders caused this kinda crap.
