So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

She should be demoted to PFC. She doesn't deserve her rank.

As I have been in for only a short time, I have come to the following conclusion: It is far easier to set standards than to abide by them. I believe this woman should have been called out for it by others. If she doesn't take to it, go one step further and further until someone does something. If she can't follow the rules, take her ass up the chain until she is dealt with. You are the change you want to see, and if you want standards to be upheld, you uphold them first and foremost. Always correct yourself first, before you correct others. Are we human? Of course. But, incidents that happen are not reflections of character until no change happens and they become part of your character. I would have loved for this woman to be in my command with some of the leadership we have here. They are picky and have really cracked down on us for the good. Do we still have issues? Of course. Some times you forget where you are and get comfortable, but we all hold each other accountable and that is the environment we have fostered here. Again, you set the tone, and you are the change. Shame on her for not realizing this. She's obviously trash. Not everyone is like this, and not everyone deserves to be humiliated for mistakes. But I like this one. Good Job for making shit happen!

We are supposed to praise in public and discipline in private BUT when something like this (Pictures) is leaked and the person was that mess up to have this occur then maybe they needed to see it for themselves to get the message! There is a reason for standards and when the person who is upholding them show complete disdain for them then the mere fabric of the integrity it is woven with breaks! This gives an example to everyone else down the chain to unravel and lack discipline which leads to break down of integrity of the mission. My two cents!

A tough one, All of the Sergeants I was under were upstanding ones. The best one was CSM Tong at Ft. Riley. I am a leader now, in civilian life, but the Army, and the sergeants I was under showed me how to be a leader. I would probably mention it to my Platoon Sergeant, and go from there. As a civilian, I would say something to one of the senior officers.

I'd say report it. Even more so if it's affecting people under his or her influence. Trying to fix things from the top down is hard but influencing people who already want an easy way out (today's PVTS..not all but most) then t can definitely negativity influence our military.

What I have done back in my days in the Army. Is print out the AR 670-1 and put on a copy of the standards in their inbox, windshield, on their desk, send a copy to their commander and as far as mail them a copy to their house.

Take the issue up with the post CSM and take pics to show the faults and if that doesn't work then send a letter to the fricken post cmdr and ask him why her COL is allowing this. I'm guessing he doesn't know but if he does, he sux as well-

Wow who made her a CSM let alone an NCO I thought NCO's were supposed to be the pinnacle of the standards OR showing soldiers what's right and what's wrong. Whoever let this happen needs to be shot and hung on display for all to see with a sign nailed to the body saying "I let that CSM in to the corps of NCOs" and also a few other choice words.

My thoughts exactly. How did she make it through the entire NCOES and Drill Sergeant School and wind up like this. Someone really dropped the ball.
