So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?
(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

Depressing that the PC issue has gone crazy. Back in my days 1984-87 this would be totally unacceptable. Standards are standards. NO EXCEPTIONS That's what separates the Military from the civilian world. We had higher standards.

What the FXXK is a sustainment CSM. Senior NCOs keep creating all these new positions CSMs did not exsist in WW2 it was the first SGT who was senior in grade who ran a BN or REG or Division Most of CSMs I knew got out of the Army and got jobs collecting money for CFC from the troops. This CSM who is being investigated by the chain of command officers looking into this or why isn't Jag looking into it All that will be done is a bullet on a NCOER that is not positive Loss of respect is the loss of ability to do her job

She looks good and she has graduated above many all these years, now all of sudden when she dawns CSM, there is a problem. Get the heck out of here with that stupid stuff and this stupid, waste of time post. Take your head out your ass and tend to your business and stop hating. Surely this about race and obviously jealously and hatred. Grow a set. Who made you God! No one.

FEMALE HAIRSTYLES
The Army began reviewing its policies on female hairstyles soon after releasing the March 28, 2014, version of the regulation. In conjunction with the service's review, the Department of Defense also requested a review in light of concerns that the hairstyle policies were too restrictive for African American women.
This review included feedback from a panel of Soldiers comprised of the various demographics represented in the U.S. Army. Subsequently, Army officials believe the updated policy gives female Soldiers more options while maintaining a professional appearance.
The new regulation allows female Soldiers to have temporary twists or two pieces of hair neatly twisted together. Twists, cornrows and braids can be up to 1/2 inch in diameter. The previous maximum was a diameter of approximately 1/4 inch.

She seems to have gotten away with it because, she is either connected or basically, because she is a woman. You have to stick to regulations and standards and just go up the chain. If you get discharged under anything other than honorable you have legal grounds to start a lawsuit.

I don't care if she is Female. If she can't maintain a professional attitude. It's time to lose some Rank.
