What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?
(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

Typical army, the army has always been laxed when it comes to discipline and good order. That's the main complaint that you will hear from Marines. If I knew my career was ruined because I spoke up about the lack of discipline and order. I would knock her on her butt, she's probably screwing the C.O. I'm so glad that I didn't have to deal with that kind of trash when I was in the Corps.

Here's what I know as I reach nearly two decades of service- standards are as standards are demonstrated. About 6 or 7 months ago I corrected a uniformed warrant officer for strolling across a parking lot without head gear. A VERY common thing to see in my area given the concentration of Army National Guard, here. His reaction? Absolute disrespect toward me- a Senior NCO. As a First Sergeant part of what I do is enforce standards. If I see a violation, I'm darn sure going to address it in a professional manner. Being one of the few, true, active duty (not AGR) Soldiers in this area, I have a hard time stomaching the lackadaisical attitude toward Army Regulations and standards as demonstrated by the many Guardsmen here. To have a warrant officer call me an a**ho** for upholding standards is, in my opinion, criminal. That's the mentality these days, though. If you're reading this WO whoever you are- I want to thank you. I want you to know that I use you as an example of what wrong looks like to my Troopers when addressing standards and discipline. I just hope this WO isn't complaining about "today's Army" when he's clearly part of the problem.

Um.. someone as screwed up as that gets promotions based on one of 3 (or all) things.
1) sleeping with someone in command
2) slept with someone in command and is threatening to reveal (extortion)
3) PC promotions policies or quota requirements.
Seems like a 15-6 investigation is in order to see who she's been sleeping with.

I think this issue is too simple to go on and on.... The senior officer on her chain of command should off fixed this issue as soon he/she was notified of the CSM lack of respect to the Army's standards. If he/she failed to make this CSM adhere to the standards, they should have contact the next Senior CSM/Officer in the chain of command. I am sure if following this process, someone will make her understand the importance of following the same guidance's and standards that "she" is so hard on other junior soldiers/NCOs. CSMs in her Division, Corps, etc, should have brought this issue earlier on to prevent her from embarrassing the MPU BDE, the unit's assigned NCOs/soldiers and the United States Army.

How did she get to be a CSM with out following standards? So why aren't those standards good enough for the CSM?

Well it seems that she believes she is "special". Sadly, her NCO peers and Officer superiors seem to agree with her. Go figure.

What bothers me more is there is no way this is something new that just started when she made CSM. There is a series of failures of leadership in this. Thats heartbreaking.
