So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

Our military has gone down hill, considering our current administration! Hopefully that will change when Trump becomes POTUS!

Bayonet, r CSM, Our standards don't change with the season or with command. A dirt bag is a dirt bag whether an officer or a pvt. I don't expect my people to follow the trend. I demand they follow the rules. Personal hygiene is a component of our discipline and our belief in ourselves. If you are a dirtball, i can't trust you.

I've seen these pictures multiples times and honestly, I would say she should be removed from command. How can you be expected to uphold the standards and regulations of your post if you don't follow them yourself. There is no case for harassment here. The simple question is "Are you in regulations right now". If the answer is no, then she needs to be removed.

I don't care what rank you are, we all have to live by these standards, but as a senior leader, you must be firmly held to these standards because you are an example for all those beneath you.

If someone walked into my office out of regs, they were corrected on the spot. No haircut, get out until you get one. Forgot to shave, go shave immediately. Not wearing the uniform properly, well you better fix yourself and not enter my office until you're fixed. These are just minor things that you would expect from a junior troop who is still adjusting to our lifestyle. No one should be having this conversation with a senior enlisted or officer. They didn't get to that position by being out of regs. So she needs to be removed from influence.

I've never served with her but I can take one look at her and tell you I've met this type many times. Anyone who shows such blatant disregard for standards tells me all I need to know. It's a very specific profile of entitlement, attitude, contempt for authority, refusal to accept feedback, and arrogance. It seems like everyone just collectively hopes it goes away and doesn't confront the problem. Either her leadership is guilty of tolerating her bad behavior because they are participating in it, or they lack the personal courage to have an uncomfortable conversation of "CSM...fix yourself".

Okay this is pretty ironic. I so know this women! I was stationed in Fort Benning and ran into her at the Military police station in 2005. I was MPI Military police investigations. I was walking from the station to the administration building when I passed her and took one look and turn right back around then stopped her. I didn't even look at her rank I just said " Excuse me but you are so out of reg, your hair, red nail polish with like 1 inch nail over her fingertip, and red lipstick. I mean are you kidding me, what were you thinking? Then for a response that floored me was " Oh it's nice to meet you I've heard good things about you from your CSM and 1SG and I'm your new CSM and good for you for pointing that out but I'm not going to change". My mind was blown saying " Yeah that just happen!

Let's start here. Don't abuse the troops. If your yelling and useing derogatory verbiage, it becomes neglect. If you have rank, and your not being respected, then maybe there is a reason for it. Just maybe it is your own conduct. The standards are clear, in the regs and in your own conduct. As a true leader, you set the standard, above and beyond what is already set. You re a non-commisiond officer, you are the backbone. If you can not conduct yourself as a professional, then maybe you should get out.

Just seen an apology from her addressing her lack of discipline in adhering to standards and thanked the numerous troops for bringing attention.
Translation: she must have gotten a call from the SMA

If you really want to lose your mind: ask her to put together a op-order or call a fire mission, both skill level 2 tasks. You will find incompetence, ignorance, and wilful neglect amongst female senior NCO's is widespread!
