So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

I would speak to her woman to woman- one time- then we would be going back to the "old school". I have no patience whatsoever for people who disrespect others, the uniform, or my country. By the looks of the article and the comments, she is doing all 3. I would jump both feet knee deep back in the trailer park all over her- sometimes people's remember an ass kicking more than a tongue lashing- Semper Fi

She would be gone not just from the BDE, but from the Army. I question myself how she would have gotten to the rank of CSM in the first place much less remained in the Army. Are we that hard up in the services where we let things like this happen. Must have been a lot of change since I retired in 1987. Her chain of command needs to get off their hind sides and become much for effective in dealing with this individual. At a minimum she needs to be relieved!!!!

I may be jumping to conclusions or just old. I believe by looking at the picture, that PC in many ways contributed to her having the rank. I never saw that type of display during my active duty years. This generation seems to believe the rules are for someone else.

I am a retired SFC from Infantry and Combat Engineer threads. I am now an NYPD officer. I always speak of how the Army runs without a union and gets the job done. Unlike the police department. But when you see issues like this, where a leader is a manager instead, is disgusting. This is the problem with our countryright now, a sense of entitlement, where its let me be, and pay me. Pathetic, and embarassing! I hope she received the counseling she deserves and places the trust back into the soldiers, indicating what leadership really is.
I have a son on active duty, and I tell him learn from your leadership the good and the bad, and do the right thing.

This CSM should be removed from the position (if what had been said about her is true) and demoted her commander should be given a letter of reprimand for allowing this to go on.

Seriously are there no officers in that unit? Why isn't someone fixing her. My guess is that she has made a career of claiming harassment and filed chargers on a few superiors and none of her current superiors have the balls to make the case against her. If I am right then that unit needs an asshole like me to knit the charge sheet together against her.

This is a bad example of a leader and a sorry excuse for wearing our uniform. I am sorry and I will sign any petition to have that unprofessional reprimanded.

If she was under my command, she would be relieved and reassigned to a desk in the broom closet.

You are absolutely correct Capt! Sadly, the Deckplate leadership seems to have failed her. If the NCO community cannot correct her course, then the Senior Officer corps needs to get involved. Frankly, I cannot imagine any of my peers or seniors allowing this to go on at any command I served at! I served under Capt. Robin Quigley at NTC back in 1980 and if one of her Master Chiefs had looked like this lady, she would have been on the carpet in the Captain's office itchy mo skoshi!. Then the CPO community would have taken a blast for not beating her to it!

She's a double minority and you can't figure out how she got her rank? Are you people that stupid or that naive? She's a double minority, why do you think she can't be disciplined? She's a double minority, why do you think she can get away with doing anything she wants? Little POS like this make it so difficult for those that actually do their job, follow the rules and make good soldiers/sailors!

The sad part of this whole thing. Is that traditions and standards that have been in the army for over 200 years in some cases are no longer followed or enforced. This is not the first time that this has happened to the army. Right after World War I the war department cut down the army budget to nearly 0. The standards and traditions that the army had followed for many years were not enforced or followed. The army began to erode and NCOs and officers did not enforce the standards and the army became a joke. And we were ill prepared to fight any kind of war. That is happening today why because the budget for the Army has been shrunk and when you come out and recruit anybody during war because you don't have enough bodies to fight it these are the type of people that become leaders. NCO'S and Officers who don't care nor will challenge each other to maintain the standards. And don't get me started on PC that's the other thing that is destroying the military as a whole. You have to watch how u speak and treat soldiers. You think the enemy gives two fuck about PC. All I can say is don't get captured.

Yes I think there will be major changes and some reversals on policy. The changes will not be right away but they are going to happen.
