So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

Since MPs enforce uniform regs among other things, I'm surprised that she did not get a DR. It is not as if she did not see any MPS. LOL

WOW !!!! How did she get to E-9 ????? If she had been that for out of reg she would never have been recommended for reenlistment in the Coast Guard. This is not to sya that she couldn't, but unless she got her stuff shipshape she would have been released before the end of a second tour. The only thing I can think of is that she was one of those affirmative action wonders. Promote them and ignore them, as seems to happen. It should have shown up in her fitness report. Doesn't do much for morale either. When I was aboard ship, I passed by one of the Division officers, He was an O-3 and a Mustang, meaning he enlisted and eventually went through OCS. Anyway, I walked by him, and I swear, I don't think he had seen a shower since we left port, which had been a while, not bothered with the Right Guard. It was only the one time though. I don't know if the Skipper or XO had a heart to heart with him or not.

This has to be a fucking joke right?? If not then, it's good ol'pink slip time for her. Failure to keep within standards which puts out an image of this is "what the army is becoming". Sadly, nothing will happen to her, because she is too far up the enlistment ladder. Just really sad and pathetic.

CSM, its time for a hair cut, you can't enforce the standards if you're hair is as long as Roponzals.

She should have been written up a long time ago and charged. The Chain of command failed. She failed as a leader. If this is the Army...I pity the Army. I sure don't want them guarding my back...if they can't adhere to regulations...

Where were her peers? Could you see the CPO community ignoring something like this in a CMC? Not bloody likely.

She needs to face an article 15 along with loss in rank down to newbie! I don't care what rank you are at! We ALL signed that contract and we ALL became GOVERNMENT PROPERTY, no longer allowing to live by the way we use to! Common respect of the UCMJ'S! We all had to follow them and NO officer should be allowed to break the rules! She definitely is NOT leading by example! I say even a dishonorable discharge!

I would bring the subject up to my squad leader then platoon sergeant then my first sergeant and go from there because there are channels that should be followed to correct a senior enlisted especially coming from a junior enlisted. The senior enlisted should set the example to enforce and uphold the standard, not be an example of what not to do.
