So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

She should be "SET BY EXAMPLE and LEAD BY EXAMPLE", but she is not Period! I don't know in the hell why she became a "BDE CSM", is freaking joke....The Army now is not like used to be when I was in, so many leader are getting troubles.

This is not a leader or example for the men and women under her. Due to her inability to function as a leader should she should be stripped of her rank and her immediate superiors should be given letters of reprimand due to their own inaction. She is a sorry example of a Command Sgt. Major.

As a NCO and a soldier, we have STANDARDS and standards are the glue that keep this Army and are brother forces together. If we deviated from this. Then what standard will we stand for......

What has happened to her? This was posted many months ago. Has anyone counciled her or at the very least taken her to a salon where they can give her a hair style that conforms to the dress code.

She at the very least needs to go back to the NCO Academy and then counseling from a superior, then go back through the CSM School to be retrained as a CSM, and sent TDY to the school which the Army trains Honor/Color Guards if this is a school in the Army indefinitely. CSM is a very prestigious and coveted position and as with the Command Master Chiefs' position within the Navy. Junior member always look up the CSM's and depend upon them for guidance, instruction and most of all the example/poster child for their juniors. Most of the ones I have ever came into contact with be it CSM or MCPO's are always squared away and an idol for other to emulate.

Standards are what they state and are to be maintained. Perhaps her superiors should be put on the carpet. Enough of this PC crap!!!!!!!

She has a dire need to be taken down a peg or 2. I served in the Corps for 8 years and never saw such outlandish behavior by what most consider to be an "enlisted learder" And she needs a haircut badly, very badly.

While it may appear at times that one has no ability to 'fight back' or shine a light on a bad actor or situation...every military service member has the most powerful ally there is...their local Inspector General. If the Chain won't listen, or, if the Chain IS the problem, seek out the IG. You'll complete DA Form 1559, Inspector General Action Request (IGAR). Be brief, clear and concise, dispassionate and chronological in your writing. You're not writing a book. You may make an appointment to see the IG, phone in, or send your concern anonymously. The IG will look into your issue and seek correction. Normally, you would not be personally advised...but will see the result in changes made by the individual or situation you have reported. Hope this helps.

"Almost 2 generations ago", we were told to, "show respect, pride and if not ship-out! Our military is, "not" the same as it was, and sadly it never will be. Changes are not always a good-thing! Different time, different ideals, stronger family ties with God and country! Our present leaders need to be, "responsible" for their decisions and actions, but, their not!
