So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

As a female senior NCO myself, I would ask to speak to her offline and address the issue from an"lead be example" attitude. If she took an attitude or slapped me down, I would make an appt with the next echelon CSM and on and on until someone heard me. This disgusts me not only bc of her apparent sense of entitlement, but if you read these threads, she (and all female soldiers who adopt these types of behaviors) smear the reputation and achievement of women who are not cut from this fabric. Not all female soldiers are manipulative brats and bullies - most of us are professional and approach our duties and responsibilities with gravitas and sacrifice. Duty, honor, country - and always Soldiers first.

We all know why she is a CSM but no one will say it. It is not based on skill or time in service it boils down to color.

All of the CSM I served under I had respect for them they earned it.

But that was the old Army.

I would get a good PLT of soldiers together and Give her an old fashioned PLT Justice course out behind the barracks or in the woods close by. And to top it off we would give her a hair cut and GI shower.

Then you would all be off to the stockade together. Think before you speak.

Many would need to support the slug for a courts martial. Blanket party leaves no witness.

First, this is "Sergeants" business and it should be her immediate rater bringing her in for some corrective counseling about her apparent failure to lead by example. This, however, begs the question, how long has this been going on? How frequently does this CSM meet with her rater? and why has nothing been done to date to correct this and other issues? and finally, is this an indicator of a more serious issue of professional neglect by senior members of the NCO Corps?

Did we ever get rid of this shit bird?
Hate to have to have to point this out, but these types of stripes and star wasters end up retiring and becoming the dead weight negative impacts in managerial positions in government organizations only to perpetuate those conditions that hold back good employees and suck the life out of professional environments.
Should have cut her off at the knees when she was an E-5.

Letter of reprimand, and if it continues removal from her position.

I think she might be past that point Chief. Her sevens and eights should have counseled her butt long ago. I believe she is thinking she is bulletproof at this point and a letter probably would not hack it.

Then removal is warranted until formal proceedings can begin.

I would inform my command that this incident is situation where the CSM was out place. A military funeral is no place for this type of behavor especially coming from a CSM. She should be releived of her post pending a Jag hearing.

She shows that in public situations she can hateful and be abusive to a fellow soldier in that way.

Although I'm not Army,(I'm AF), I would catch her on the side and let her know that if she doesn't fix the sit-rep, I'll let s'body higher-up know she's not setting a good example for the troops. I 'm trying to be discreet, but that will end if she doesn't remedy her hair sit-rep. I would suggest having one other witness who can hear me tell her and will keep the sit-rep between the three of us.
I have seen Reserve and a few regulars who skirt the regs. I'm not afraid to make the suggestion, I'd be discreet.. between them and I and posssibly one other that can Vet me that I was discreet.. and they will not spread it around. Have I caught flak? Yes I have..
They've gone to my supervisor.. he just tells them they should of never let it get
out of regs, He'd mention it to me.. He didn't put up with haircuts or uniforms being not in conformance.. He told me
That when s'one asks you (to compliment you or rag on you) what unit your in, it tells them that s'body has drilled into your head enough that you're really sharp or they don't care that you don't care about how you look... how you appear sends a message !

Agree fully. Handle it at the NCO level if at all possible. If not, push it up the chain!
