So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

If she is this far out-of-reg at this senior level, what was she like before? Why wasn't she corrected prior to this? Is the entire chain of command that weak, to be so afraid to correct a soldier in garrison?

Sir. You as a officer should know this answer all too well. Young women were able to skirt allo0t of duties and dress codes because senior enlisted and officers allowed it to happen. NO, It isn't the right thing to do, but being a man with side attractions going on mess up so much.

A CSM Sets the standers for all personnel in their BN , BDE. There is NOT anyway that this CSM can say that she or any other CSM has the right to change the Reg's to suit their needs. She needs to be demoted to 1st SGT and learn what it's like to lead troops.

You answered your own question son with she. The army is being diverse. Including diversity of standards also. What do you expect from a service that now allows nonuniformity on beards and turbans, etc?

OIC, she's going to pull that BLM or race card until Obama gets out of office. What a disgrace to the uniform...what has become of the Army I loved so much?

it has gone into the shitter, SGT, plain & simple, because NCO's are now 'buddy-buddy' with the junior enlisted soldiers, instead of being mentors, leaders, etc.

I would have a sit down with him to ensure he understood the importance of the standard and had full understanding of the regulations in order to make him a better leader. That way he could carry the message to his subordinates giving them a full heart to believe in the regulations and to spread the word to all who need to hear it.

If we enforce a standard then there is no discrimination. Tolerance and democracy have their place but it is not within the forces designed to preserve them. One voluntarily sacrifices their freedom to serve and protect others and it has to be that way. How can military leaders order troops into hostile fire without absolute authority. I don't agree with this guy so I'm not doing it? Allowing individuals to ignore rules for personal reasons sets a dangerous precedent.

On a tangent, when we deploy we do not expect host nations to adapt themselves to us. US soldiers are respectful of host nations and their laws. I remember having drilled into me the fact no SOFA existed with Saudi when I deployed there. I was reminded that I was to respect and observe their customs. This Sergeant Major seeking to bend the rules of the military is no different than my traveling abroad and expecting host nations to deal with whatever level of disrespect I choose to display.

Maybe she has a scalp profile.

SFC Michael Bush Excellent reply... do you apply this train of thought regarding the Covid Vaccine requirement? Just curious?

Of course. I have received countless untested vaccines from my time in the infantry but that doesn't mean I believe an unproven vaccine should be forced upon anyone. I choose to get a covid vaccine after actually having covid because I believe that the former President believed in Christ as his Savior and so do I. His efforts led to a vaccine in quick order, and I took it and encouraged my kids to do so, and they did. I respect that President Trump refused to mandate the vaccine and believe the current President uses mandates for control purposes which is wrong. I have no problem being in close proximity to those that elect not to be vaccinated or those that do.

As a Christ follower, I believe that when He chooses to take me home I will go regardless of my vaccination status, health or belief system. I'm saddened by the many that simply live their lives in fear when I know that is not what God intended. The Socialist model is control through fear. Only an understanding of God's purpose for one's life can combat this.

Guys, a lot of the terminology that is used today in the military leaves me very confused. I don't think I ever heard the term CSM (Command Sargent Major) when I was in the Corps (1950-1964), but if this broad is CSM for this MP unit, then somebody has been dragging their feet for quite a few years. Surely she behaved in a similar manner as she moved up through the ranks and was getting away with being a real bad-ass-bitch. I will say this: In the old Corps she wouldn't have lasted long. The women she had to live with would have made sure that she had some unfortunate accident long before she ever rose to SM. Also, he peers in that rank would have dealt with her long time ago. I guess the old saying still holds: "It's not who you know, it's who you blow." And this bitch had to be blowing somebody to get where she is/was. It is a shame that things like this happen. She has inflicted harm and disgrace on the rest of the women in the military, and she has disgraced those with whom she was serving. Get rid of her.

Call them out no matter what. You have to lead by example if you want to be,an effective leader. That also inclues being the top dog in PT standards. You can not have your, soldiers be more physically fit than you are. But then again my service to our great nation was many years ago. Not sure what they are teaching these so called leaders in this today's militsry.
