What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

When I was in. Even though my hair was within regulation I did not use enough gel to keep it cemented to my scalp. I received a counseling statement because I had to much hair. I have very thick hair.

This is an old article, wonder where she is Oct 2017? Hope she has retired and not hired in any kind of leadership position.

As far as uniform goes. I would have told her about. I had a office I had fix up when a saw him.he put his collar bats on the wrong side. Always something with hom.

Back at issue? AMBUSH HER AND CUT THE HAIR like they do in BCT! Seriously, if she is back at issue, remove her from command and fast.

I'm sure this pattern of behavior has been ongoing. There's plenty of blame and missed opportunities to correct this wayward soldier.

I have personally witnessed a LTC wear his PC Backwards while taking photos of the Sullivan's Cup on FT Benning. I pointed it out to my fellow Drill Sergeant. As I started to walk up I noticed multiple CSM's standing there watching him and no one said anything. As a Drill Sergeant we are looked at as "the standard" but I look up to CSM and 1SG as inspiration. When 4 CMS don't say anything then I feel like I'm wasting my time. Wrong answer but it gets tiring trying to instill discipline when the higher ups don't care.

The Marines have a sgt major of the Marine Corps and if she was in the corps the sgtmajmc would have her listening to son colorful language

The Navy sends a survey each year for all Sailors to evaluate Command Climate. This is where we put down anonymously any grievances and anything jacked up. They really do check into it and clear it up. The Army should be required to have the same system of checks and balances. This us bad leadership
