So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

By ignoring any standard within certain commands by senior NCO’s is not as uncommon as one would expect. Like stated, it’s not likely someone of higher authority is going to stir the pot unless absolutely necessary, what’s the term, oh yeah! that’s it, Political Correctness. I don’t give two shyts what others think, the majority of E-8 and above are so fear stricken with this political correctness, it interferes with their professional judgment and moral turpitude. The attitude is I made it, stay low profile and avoid possible exposure by doing your fawking job! It’s people like this woman who was probably promoted simply because of her color or just by being a woman. And its people like her who believes “Her” standard is the standard others should follow. Now I’m positive I’m going to get dragged out across the coals, but you know what? I’m retired and this has to be exposed! It’s these types of people who convinces soldiers, good soldiers, to leave the Army because of their double standards. No damn wonder it’s getting tougher to persuade them to stay longer. AS far as the 8th Theater CSM responding to this matter, well, I’m pretty damn sure he was aware of it, but then again, why stir the pot. There’s a philosophy real soldiers abide by, “Strive for excellence, Set the Example, and be the Leader of those who expects Leadership”. So, now the 8th Theater CSM responds, primps around rustling his feathers for show and what will probably happen is not a damn thing other than a verbal reprimand. This female CSM should immediately be relieved and reassigned to a more highly visible organization that will force her to do the job expectant of her and remain within “Army” standards.

Start with her immediate superior, then right up her chain of command. To be sure she has at least one superior who doesn't give a shit if she plays the race/female card. We have to get this political correct bullshit out of the military.

I shake my head every time I see this particular article pop up. All I will say is, everyone has someone they report to (a leader); leaders lead...there are a number of "leaders" culpable in this situation.

When I was in. Even though my hair was within regulation I did not use enough gel to keep it cemented to my scalp. I received a counseling statement because I had to much hair. I have very thick hair.

Back at issue? AMBUSH HER AND CUT THE HAIR like they do in BCT! Seriously, if she is back at issue, remove her from command and fast.

I'm sure this pattern of behavior has been ongoing. There's plenty of blame and missed opportunities to correct this wayward soldier.
