So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

You are an officer and she's enlisted....what have you done to correct the violations? When I was an E-5, I was walking down the sidewalk and met an E-3 walking with an E-7. She was wearing a field jacket but it wasn't closed. I pointed out the infraction to her and the E-7 jumped in and told me I shouldn't be correcting one of his airmen. As tactfully as I could, I informed him that he was right...HE SHOULD HAVE CORRECTED HER. While chewing my ass out, he wanted to know who I worked for and I informed him I was on the Wing Commander's staff. That was the end of the conversation. I know the military has changed since then but I doubt they have removed the responsibility to address infractions when you become aware of them. Just my two sense worth!

Sounds like politics is running the unit. Sounds like the whole unit needs swept out. If the Commander wouldn't/didn't address the issue they need to go too! You should get ready for retaliation and document everything... Present it to the IG and keep a copy...

The Army Regulations have changed as the the way our sisters can wear their hair in uniform, believe it or not, she is now within regulation.

All I've got to say is God almighty said, "Render unto Caeser what is his." Absent a Biblical reason we are to follow orders. I don't believe this individual has any basis for their stance. I would also question, as many of you have, how did she make it this far.

Come on give her a break. She was just following orders. 'DO AS I SAY; NOT AS I DO' attitude. Given her her retirement papers.

This CSM conducts is really disappointing. Her defends had been the new what do whatever I want to do in the system. Now all corrective actions on most of the females is now a harassment, there is a big differences between harassment and corrective action on a soldiers continuously fail to comply with Army regulations and is time for the Army highest Leadership to establish the markable definitions and what does really stand it for. In the Army I grew up with the Standards and customs I learned and fullfill for 30 years this never happens or was allowed. The system need only those who can serve with proudness and discipline, we dont need quantity we need quality, this behaviour specially for a Senior NCO, the most privilege position in the service for an enlisted personnel. This is the strongest backbone and personnel motivator to all enlisted and officers as well, in the Army SGM Academy never had a class like it. As a retired SGM this is a shame THE system had a lot of tools to deal with this follow both change of commands, up to insubordination. If i were her CSM I will relieve her from command to desk at a lower command until the harassment been clear. The Army has a justice system to deal with this and it most be proof after that go home.

Every CSM with the exception of the SMA has a CSM higher than themselves in the support channel along with commissioned folks higher on the proverbial flag pole. If the general military authority rule gets ones butt chewed, than run the issue higher up the chain. But in doing so, make sure your ducks are all in a row with clean feathers and bills, otherwise it can get ugly.
