What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

I believe the issue is not just the immediate correction that’s needed, but more importantly why such a correction didn’t happen earlier in this Soldier’s career. I would be surprised if this CSM did not have these incorrect habits long before arriving in her current position. Such behavior does not sprout up overnight.

I had a Cadre Sergeant that tried correcting me for having a name tag too long by pulling out her ruler. She had make up on while in fatigues, wearing a gold necklace, smoking a cigarette in a medical building and had her boots bloused with cardboard. Then when she was corrected by me saying when she squares away herself then others would start correcting themselves. She was so mad she told me to get my As- out of her office. I then corrected her saying that she sexually harassed me by talking about part of my attomy and she is not to be cursing around troops. The funniest thing was when we as the company went on a PT run and she fell out throwing up on side of road. SFC Grant was another fine example of a Female drill Sergeant trying to show har leadership to Male Cadre. She ended up getting stupid and in trouble when she went on leave and extended her leave without The First Sergeant and Captains permission.

Imma say this shit out loud and IDGAF who hears/ reads it. It is because she's a black female, somewhere, probably multiple times she has used that shit against someone that was scared of it. Maybe they were racist maybe they weren't. Seen it happen time and time again.

What happened to her? Was she removed from command AND from the Army for her being so Jacked Up that she made herself a joke?
