What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

do you think you would get in trouble sir? i hope you get much support on this because I also agree with what you are saying. I am a female and I also disagree with the way she is violating Army regulations. I do not like how she is wearing high heels in ASUs, it looks very unprofessional. she wears way too much makeup and I am wondering who she is trying to impress. i wear very light makeup in uniform. lastly, her hair is out of regulations. I make sure to always wear it in a tight bun. I am really disappointed in the way she is using harassment as way to avoid correcting herself because I don't look at this as harassment. if I was out of regulations than I need to fix myself. I am totally against this and CPT Russell pitre, I hope everything works out for the best and action is taken. Thank you sir for sharing this post.

Her OIC should have said something long ago. It is my guess that the company grades have been so intimidated by the political field grades that they pretend it isnt there or it will go away. This is how we got an Army jihadist Major shooting our own troops and his subsequent cover up trial. We now have troops that throw their weapons down and surrender and others that cry and ask forgiveness from our enemies. Eventually we will have a unit break and run because there is no discipline or cohesion when this is allowed and politics plays so large a role

I can’t imagine a CSM acting like that. As a retired CSM myself I can say she should have her “heels locked” a long time ago. It is obvious to me she has never been held accountable for her deplorable actions !!!!!

In cases like this. I was always told. R.H.I.P. their Commanders looked the other way . Mostly. Dealing with hair cuts.

I once called the MPs on a E8 for beating his dog to death with a baseball bat. I was threatened with a dishonorable discharge, going to jail, and finally with his NCO buddies just beating the crap out of me by my SGM. Seriously, this woman would destroy you without a second thought.....
