So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

That's what you get when the upper echelon does not do their job. Riding a desk and smoking cigars isn't always the answer. A squared away colonel would have squared away this CSM up front or sent her ass packing back to the rear. As far as the stilettos go, if she wants to be a street walker, put her as on the street.

Seriously, what goes through this persons mind when she looks at herself in uniform, sees that shit, and thinks its okay? Then wants to claim "harassment"? The quality of some Senior NCOs is embarrassing and this kind of shit wouldn't fly in a Infantry unit.

Wow this is OLD!!!! I saw this about 2 or 3 years ago. When you’re wrong, you are wrong. No amount of stripes makes it right if you’re the throne with the stripes and you are wrong. This CSM needs to go back to PLDC and do a little reading in AR 670-1. She’s probably out now anyways and probably a good thing.

Makes you sad to see the Army come to a point where this is tolerated. Someone should make her a private again.

You can report on leaders not following regulation. It's the Military harrassment is a prerequisite.

With only one exception the CSM's I served with were the epitome of a soldier's soldier. They WERE the example. They set the standard and gave there all to take care of soldiers. This is just wrong. I've been out a long time ago. But I know the Army was becoming so politically correct, that EM's wouldn't. Speak out about minority or female leaders for fear of being branded racist or sexist.

Most of us know the reason why nothing is said to her.

Pretty simple, as a 1SG I would have taken her behind closed doors and schooled her on 670-1. If she failed to make the uniform corrections I would then take it to the next level. Never fear someone that out ranks you, just make sure you are squared away with your uniform before correcting someone else.
