So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?
(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

When supervisors fail to do their duties in a outfit, it reflects the units overal readiness and moral. I've seen it all and have been so dissapointed with the military. Tatoos, sex changes at tax payers expence, Uniform and appearence violations. failure to perform duties as required are all things that distract and greatly down grade the military's service.

I noticed that a private in the Army who got 35 years prison for being a traitor is rewarded by the President with a pardon and a sex change to boot. It seems the President is giving traitors, criminals and countries that will do us harm a pass and a pat on the back. I want to know, What happened to this country.

Today, women don't want to be women, they want to be and dress and act like men. I am/was a Navy Wave and proud to be called a "Navy Wave". We had a dress code and we had to follow it to the "T". It is ashame the way Military Women Dress. They look like Full Backs in football. I agree though that women should be aboard ship and fly jets, and be gunner's. But there are some places women do not belong. I was and still am proud to be a Navy Wave. I am not a Sailor. Sailor's are men. When I went to see my son and his ship come back from Persian Gulf War, I got into a discussion with a girl (woman Sailor). I was at first being nice, then when I told her I was a Navy Wave, 3rd Class Yeoman, she corrected me and told me that there are No More Navy WAVES! That the Navy did away with the "Navy Waves"! I looked at her and the way she was dressed in a Sailor Suit, and looked her straight in the eye and said that I AM and Always will be a Proud Navy Wave! You can call yourself a Sailor, but I hate to inform you that you do not have a "D__K"! By that time my husband came and got me by the arm and said times have changed. Yea there where a lot of people around me. I could have cared less. I was proud and proud to be a Navy WAVE!

Why do folks on RallyPoint continue to comment on this CSM's appearance or any other aspect of her life. It's pretty clear by the comments that she is a disgrace and has no place in the Army, particularly a leadership role. Stop wasting your breath and keystrokes. My guess is she revels in the attention she's getting. One of those people we've all met in our lives that will do whatever it takes to be the center of attention without regard to consequences. I would be surprised if she is even aware that she is a joke. PS: Mickey Rourke called and wants his face back.

Total break down in discipline, loss of confidence, CSM needs to held accountable for such actions.

Clearly I would call her out on her issues. Regulations are regulations. I actually spent much to much of my time doing this as the only female CPO at my last duty station. Then if she didn't conform to standards, take it up the chain and if necessary, write her up!

Have you all dozed off? The one action to take when a situation like this is having an obvious negative effect on morale and disciplon—contact the IG's office. It is their JOB to deal with problems like this and genrally their impartiality and expertise is a given.

Sadly the military has gotten so soft and so political that our mean and women are not allowed to do there jobs without being scrutinized from the Commander in Chef down. I can only speak out for the Navy that a recruit can use a stress card so he or she can opt out of certain training because they do not like that part of the truing. Do they think that our foes care going to let you use a stress card to op out of being attack or even killed, or as a POW. What happened in the Gulf with our sailors being caught and held against there will and how they conducted there selfs was so shameful and a dark day for the US Military. This is a prime example of how soft and political the military has become. These sailors should have never been put in this roll when we have HIGHLY TRAINED NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE SWCC SAILORS who go through a rigorous and demanding training course and are specially trained to do the job. This embarrassing act would never had happened if SWCC was doing this job in which they are trained for. Never surrender as long as you have the means to fight or resist. Some Genius Officer that came up with this idea to make a unit for fleet sailors to do a temp assignment to take on the roll of the BROWN WATER SAILOR and it is a disaster. Ho ever came up with is Unit that started back during the Iraq War, was someone who probably wanted to be a SWCC OR SEAL and could not meet the requirements or even to scared to try to go for it. This is a prime example of what is wrong with the military today, Leaders who have know clue and who can not even follow the dress code. We need to make changes so this "SH.....T" does not happen. This is a waste of government funds. I would love to see Commands be awarded for saving money without worrying about loosing there funding fore the next Fiscal year. The Commands that save money that they are allotted for that Quarter, schooled be able to put that money into there MWR FUND to use on there troops for cook outs and family events to help with the morale of there Command or Unit or what ever each branch call it. I have been out for a long time and I have a SON IN LAW serving now and friends who are serving in all branches who tell me how it is now for them, and the changes that have been put in place, and I wonder why would any one want to serve today. I would like to say THANK YOU TO ALL WHO ARE SERVING AND WHO HAVE SERVED THIS GREAT COUNTRY. Punting Country above ones self is a great HONOR!! HOO-YAH TO YOU ALL!!!! GOD BLESS AMERICA AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!!

Take appropriate action according to the UMCJ. In the military you are to lead by example and to make sure your junior people follow the the same guide lines. In this case maybe a possible reduction in rank, and to hold training to personnel about grooming standards and to show what happens to those who do not fallow the UMCJ and also what has been thought in Bootcamp. This is unacceptable, and if I was the CO or XO of this command I would have not allowed this to happen. Sadly the military has gotten way to soft. We need to go back to the military of the 60's and 70"S and maybe even further.

What would I do? Definitely confront the CSM (privately) then, if no action is taken, utilize her chain of command to have it corrected. There is no excuse. My wife had waist long hair served 20 years (5 as NCO Academy instructor) and never a hair out of place. Even in the field.

I would respectfully bring it to the CSM attention. All but one CSM have CSMs over them. And Officers appointed over them also have a voice. Shouldn't be an issue
