What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?
(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

I would continue to do my job and inforce the standard. CSM dosn't have to in force the standard to maintain discipline. That is our job as NCOs period. Now if he dosn't support NCOs inforcing standards that is an issue that warrants serious concern.

This not to say that he has an excuse not to enforce standards. We all must uphold and enforce standards

As a SSG I once corrected a SGM. He was outside walking across an open area in front of me with his hands in his pockets and hat sitting on the back of his head. I did not know who he was when I corrected him until he turned around. However, I repeated my request that he should remove his hand from his pockets and put his hat on properly. He was pissed and could not believe that a SSG would dare try to correct his military bearing and appearance. I stated that as a SGM he should be setting the example and if he had any problems with that I would be happy to accompany him to his HQs and discuss it with his commander. He replied that I must be a real asshole and put his hat on straight and moved on! Chances are if I had known in advance that he was a SGM , I may or may not have said anything directly to him. But, once I spoke, I could not back down even after I saw what his rank was.

I have commented on several postings on this issue. In everyone I have commented on they have said one thing in common. Take it to her command or her superiors, well they have. I was a NCO in the Marine Corps and got busted because of my own stupidity. I would never correct anyone or lead any one if my stuff was not squared away. Seeing this sticks in my craw as they say. Cause she is supposed to be the one that all of the enlisted is supposed to look up to for guidance. I am sorry she is not back on the block. As they say ship up or ship out. I for one would ask her if she thinks, she is a example or a spectacle.

If this is the second time addessing this issue then she should be reprimanded and forced to retire. It is obvious that she either does not care or she thinks she above the Army standards; and that is unacceptable!!!

She would quickly be reminded of her responsibility as a leader to maintain standards, don't expect subordinates to do what you do not do yourself

Ask the hard question in a respectful manner and know your regs as a fallback resource. Realize "The truth is never disrespectful". Honestly, is there not an SFC through SGM confident enough to address this issue?

Growing Beards, wearing turbans, women wearing shayla, khimar, chador, niqab, women's hair below the collar and some cut so short you can't tell if they are women, women wear pants, women not acting or looking like a woman, turbans, not wearing the Dress Uniforms out in public, wearing dungarees in public, women and men in the same barracks, swearing and cussing, fighting amongst each other, favoritism, and etc. If a woman wants to go to the front lines and fight, or be a pilot, or go aboard ship or submarine then fine, but for Pete Sakes act like a woman. I was in the Navy and I loved it and was proud and wore my Dress Uniform, we were representing the United States Armed Forces, not act like a bunch of sluts or muslims in rags. Wake up Military, this is the United States of America, not Alganhstain, Pakistan, back streets, and etc. This is America, don't like it then GET OUT!

I would ask her about becoming a CSM and what it took to get there. All the while starring at her hair. This is so disappointing, and frustrating. “Dress shabbily and they remember the dress; dress impeccably and they remember the woman.” -Coco Chanel

Respectably inform them that their uniform looks out of regs and specify what exactly. If you feel uncomfortable with that notify someone higher in the chain who can. No one is above regulations. Dress and Appearance especially. We are ALL suppose to look presentable and professional regardless of rank or position. WE must hold each other accountable. This goes for the newer generation of troops coming in, they need to be lead the right way.
