What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

I have never personally met this particular CSM but I did serve under CSM King when she was a 1SG. From what I have read about this CSM ; she seems to be in the same mold as CSM King. Completely wrong and full of her own superiority. I have served with some very professional soldiers both male and female; both as a Drill Sergeant and while working in BDE/ BN staff. SNCO's like this set the wrong example for the troops, as well as showing an unprofessional example of her unit, the NCO Corps, and the Army.

The MP's are supposed to lead the way at least that is what my son an Army MP says. As a retired MSGT and former 1st SGT I can only ask how did she get CSM?

Our standards have really fallen this is a fine example of "write your own NCOER" mentallity. This is what you get...shit-bags get promoted and put in positions of authority, instead of QMP'd. This is ridiculous, lazy leaders caused this kinda crap.

As we all learned after the investigation of the Ft Hood murderer, hot-potatoes are not approached, keep the dust down, let them slide along until a chance to push them off PCS to another command. Continue to review rate them above average to get them out the door. Looks as if there has been no change since '09?

(sarcasm) As a Staff Sergeant: My CSM asked me about his mustache, he must have been drinking the night before because one side was was no where close to the other. I told him "shave it off." Wow Staff that's a little extreme." "Well Sergeant Major your a short skinny white guy with black hair, you even up that stash of yours you'll look like Adolf Fucking Hitler if that's the look you want by all means, have at it" he shaved it off. he also told I was lucky he liked me. He liked me because I did not bullshit him. This bitch could not take that kind of honesty because she lack it in her own character. THAT'S WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE SENIOR NCO CORPS.

Totally disgusting and disrespecting the US Army. Needs to be removed and reduced in rank no if and and butts about it, Definitely not a leader I would follow .
