What would you do if your Sergeant didn't know how to load a magazine?

I just saw this video and felt like I was watching a multi-car accident on the interstate. It just got worse as it went on. What made it so bad as this was a SGT. The Safety was professional as he could be. Hats off to him. When I heard her say "I'm not Active Duty" I would have kicked her off the range. I am glad the Safety told her that she was a soldier and that he was a reservist too. If I was her CO I would have do everything I could to reduce her. But I think if you have a NCO like this in your unit the unit itself has a lot of issues in the first place. What kills me also is that she has a combat patch.
What would you have if you were the Safety?
Just so you know that you know it is believed that they Safety was a SSG just the same as was the soldier trying to load the mag.

Who was the idiot that recommender her for SGT. to begin with. Rank is earned and not a given.

As a Sergeant, if I didn’t know how to load a mag I would feel like a disgrace, and that’s exactly what I would be. If you can’t support and defend the constitution against all enemies then you are useless to the armed forces, complete garbage and should be treated as such by means of taking out the trash. Get rid of them it’s disgusting.

A failure on her part is a failure on our part. Teach the expectation. Take the time to make her proficient. If she loves this country enough to sign on the dotted line, to put her life on the line? We as fellow soldiers and sailors need to make sure she is an asset on the battle field. Anything less is our failure, not hers.

why is she a sgt in hte first place not being able to do the basics of a soldier. she doesnt deserve to wear the strips. this pvt dont know is long gone by e-5 shes supposed to lead by example. there is no excuse for this. she is a problem that has been let go unchecked. the command shoudl be ashamed of themselves to have any soldier unable to load a weapon then alone a sgt.

being a woman does not get you a free pass. neather does not being active duty. Someone might need you to defend them some day.
