I been waiting since I got my P Status in January to go to BLC last month my chain of command didn't submit the package on time the next class is on July 5th I just want to make sure this time they submit the package on time.

Your Training NCO should have started updating your information and preparing a packet last fall after you took your last APFT/ACFT...the schools are being inundated with applications. If you want a seat this FY, you need to have your application in the system as soon as you became eligible. Truthfully, as a SPC, you should have been looking to attend the class BEFORE you became eligible, as preparation. Now, you are promotable, but you don't have a class date, if your packet goes before the promotion board without a class date, you won't be considered for promotion.
