When do you predict the AC FY 15 SFC list will be released?

I understand we won't find out when the list is to be released until the Milper msg comes out. However I would like to entertain the predictions of the release prior to the official message coming out. This will possibly provide some answers for those of us that are new to the centralized promotion waiting game.

Nah, I was actually off by a week. Board results are historically released on a Thursday. ;)

Very true SGM Matthew Quick . But for a majority of our QM soldiers, it was grim. Best of luck to all!!

I would say 21AUG2015, since it's a Friday. This will give the personnel time to Hail all that have made it and the others time to weep, crawl into fetal position and drink. I am hoping that I fall into the position of having a seq number trailing my name. Hope the best of luck to all of those who actually validated and scrubbed their records.

Last FY, it took over a month for the list to come out. And 15 months later, I got promoted.

Yup same here.. as of 1 June we had 100 out of 148 promoted.. come 1 July they promoted the rest of us. I was just blessed to have gotten a number. Good luck to all who are being looked at this year.

No later than mid-August on of our CSM's sat on this years board and we had the most packets 38k 92 series and he's already back at work board done! Said now just waiting on HRC to double check list, QSP, QMP, and do by name list!

SFC(P) (Join to see) - There is nowhere in that poorly-worded article you cited that rescinded the MILPER message that covered the FY15 QMP board specifically. The only other MILPER that has come out since regarding the QMP was the date change of the QMP board.
Nowhere in what you cited does it say "SSG's with derogatory information in records who are considered for QMP will not get promoted!" You've misunderstood what is happening here. The QMP has two parts. The notification memorandums, letting people know they are being considered for QMP on the basis of an automated flag in their records, initiates the process. Those notifications went out in May and June. I was wrong in my dates, so I'll give you that, I was a bit rushed in my response. The promotion board began on 2 June. The QMP board started on 14 July, delayed due to the time it took to get the notification of consideration memos sent to the individual Soldiers.
Once the promotion list is published on HRC's website, HQDA will send the notifications of determination to the proponent MACOMs to filter down to the individual units. We aren't waiting on QMP notifications, we are waiting for the people who were selected for promotion to be adequately scrubbed from the QMP determination decisions, so someone isn't both on the selected/considered list with a sequence number AND receives a determination of separation. These are separate, yet integrated processes. I doubt your research was as thorough as you are letting on, and this is why I hate the horrible gossip column (found at your local AAFES) known as the Army Times.
When it's all said and done, it doesn't really matter. We're waiting. The promotion list will come out, and you'll either have a sequence number, or you won't.

SSG (Join to see) - it must have cut that part out I will repost it again with the portion that says those selected for QMP requardless of being in a position to be promoted! I didn't read the Army times and hate gossip as well I realize these boards go hand and hand what I'm trying to get you to understand straight from my CSM's mouth who has sat on 7 recent boards is they won't be selected for promotion if anything derogatory in records and therefore sent a QMP notification instead which will remove them from next years list!

11SEP15. With the workload they have had in July-Aug, not a stretch to see a release date just after 60days from board convene.

Ya tired of waiting, I think they will have to publish the Milper message last week of August.

This is my assumption too, nut if they dont release the Milper soon it looks unlikely.
