I have been in the military for 20 years and recently retired 01OCT2019. Recently I was assigned to 101st Airborne Division as the OPORD NCOIC. I like to increase my professional growth by being the overall lead and chief of the section. I also just completed my associates degree. Preparing to retire and look forward to my next journey in life.

Serves as the OPORD and FRAGO Manager; responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and disseminating all higher echelon orders and receiving, editing, and publishing all 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) garrison orders. Manages the request for information program. Synchronizes and tracks all task from higher headquarters and task issued to the Division staff and subordinate units to ensure compliance. Responsible for collecting and archiving files while maintaining 100% operational security of all classified documents.

Heavy Weapons Section Leader
Served as an Assistant Operations Sergeant and Heavy Weapons Company Squad Leader in a Light Infantry Battalion. Conducted operations and training on full spectrum operations. Assisted the S-3 section in the planning, preparation, and execution of combat training missions. Enforces tactical and Soldier discipline in all situations. Assisted with accountability, maintenance, and readiness of equipment. Assisted in setting and completing the priorities of work as well as organizational goals for assigned personnel in support of forward deployed element. Assisted in the management of the Antiterrorism Force Protection program for Camp Arifjan and Kuwait bases. Conducted working groups with Camp Arifjan's tenant units to ensure functionality of the AFTP program. Exercised the ATFP program by testing elements of the ATFP plan in varying degrees from exercise drills to full base tests and acted as an observer controller during base exercises. Led off-site assessments team and conducted risk analysis and mitigation on tour sites, off-site housing, and critical asset list sites in accordance with higher headquarter and commander's guidance.

Selected of three other personnel for technical knowledge in combatives to serve as the brigade combatives chief instructor. Coordinated, instructed and led combative courses for the brigade as well as installation. Expertly managed the brigade combatives program, resulting in Soldiers being certified in level I, II, and hosted two level III courses. Selected to design and implement the Guardian Angel Program for the brigade, training over 40 soldiers utilizing a combination of combative techniques and assigned weapon systems effectively in confined spaces.
