As a vet that has been to Iraq and Afghanistan, it irritates me to see these clowns disrespect the uniform. I don't care what branch they are supposedly "representing", but they are making a mockery of anyone that has served and is still serving. They are a disease, a fungus, an abomination to service members who truly deserve the medals and awards that were actually EARNED and not just pinned on thier chest because they think it makes them look like a bad ass. You are cowards and don't deserve the honor to wear the uniform. Earn it, don't fake it.

Absolutely not. No one should take credit for another mans accomplishments. Be it military or civilian.. And furthermore, accomplishments should not be mocked at all.

Over reacting about this shit gives a bad image to service men and women. Fighting the guy will make you go to jail. So March him into a recruiter since he wants it so bad.

This stolen valor witch hunt is getting out of hand. People need to grow up and get over themselves. We get it, you served. So did I. Doesn't give you the right to go around and harass people because you don't like the fact that they're wearing the same thing as you. And yes this is harassment.

It started years ago when politics got us to go after Veterans. Don’t personally like John Kerry but that is when it probably started. Then more recently we allowed The President to continually attack John McCain. We must also understand how deeply “Rules for Radicals” has been imbedded into all walks of life. It has created a less civil society with no respect given but demanded of others.

I was at a public event in Santa Clarita Ca in my Class A's 2009.
Keep in mind Im wearing my Navy, NavRes and Army ribbons. It must have confused that 30 something Reservist with an old green I.D. card.
He approached me showing his I.D. card amd said, "Nobody can have all that and still be a Sgt. Youre fake."
I calmly said, "Lets talk about it."
He stormed off.
I get it though....figure this Charlie Foxtrot out.
