Dont sign anything until you get what you want. You dont need a high asvab score to go 11B. The recruiters try to fill empty slots in specific MOS so dont let them tell you airborne training isnt available. When you walk away from a recruiter, give it a few minutes cause a slot will mysteriously open

I'll echo what was said about MEPS. Hopefully you can get a slot. I never did get airborne in my contract and wish I had, because I never got another chance. Good luck!

11B is usually available but not always, and there is no reason you would not be able to get Airborne if you are qualified for it, however synching course dates takes a minute.
