When will I be paid after switching from Reserves to Active Duty?

I am switching from Reserves to Active Duty and I ship on March 31, 2020. Does anyone know if I will be paid April 1 or if I will end up being paid at a later date?

You should be paid 1 May for the month of April. You could be paid 15 April, but DFAS would have to have you loaded and scheduled all entitlements no later than 8 April to be paid the 15th

If you ship 31 March, you will probably be paid either on the April 15 or 1 May. It's gonna be either or.

Are you shipping to AIT, or straight to your unit. There is currently a travel ban until 11 May, so you need to contact whichever you are going to

I would recommend calling the schoolhouse or your recruiter due to the stop movement SPC (Join to see)

If all goes well, which it rarely does, I would not count one getting paid before 1 May. If a miracle does happen there is a .001% chance you will get some money on 15 April (Pay from 1 April -15 April and a few bucks for 31 March) , but I am a pessimist.
