Definitely ask for help, with a lot of prayer! Having friends and family that can listen to you is important. At the same time I have found much of the answers to problems is working hard to find the answers yourself and creating success in that area of life.

I have seen some look for others to solve everything and the problem can get worse. From personal experience having others to help is to soften the blow of problems, but the only person that is responsible for getting yourself out is yourself!

I Really like your response; Major. "...The only person that is responsible for getting yourself out is yourself!"
In my case, I call on the good Lord, to help me; if my problem seems to me to be more than I can handle.

Jesus indeed, Cpl James Waycasie, is ultimately: the one who is the wisest. He overcame the World; Did He not?

I guess it would depend on the severity... But I do know to ask for help if I need it!

MSgt Curtis Ellis, I am Very proud of you; as you know how to ask for help if you need it.
Indeed, asking for help, is a sign of bravery; not a sign of weakness.
