Are you married? Unless you are married you’ll be in the Barracks. If you are married and don’t get housing, you can also look in Oak Grove,KY

What I would do if I were you is search the local colleges for room mates wanted and split the cost of your rent. So try Austin Peay University in Clarksville maybe call their student services and ask if they have a website somewhere that advertise for renters or boarders to connect. Google Austin Peay University Off Campus Housing and see what you find.

Don't rent a rat hole by yourself.
