First, thank you for your service and ongoing commitment!!! If you go to the site below there's actually a link for employers. This is the site that is used for TAP so should help transitioning Veterans too. https://www.vets.gov/veterans-employment-center

SSG Aj Ashley - Great question. We have thousands of transitioning service members on RallyPoint and we work directly with exployers to expand their outreach in our community. Feel free to connect with me here and I can assist.
Thanks for looping me in Maj (Join to see).

Here in the Job Seekers group
Maybe talking with the VA or assistance services for Unemployed Veterans
You could talk with SFL/TAP officials
Word of Mouth.

Capt Brandon Charters is a great resource for Veteran networking, especially those seeking employment.

Department of Labor - VETS (Veterans Employment and Training Services) provides two grants annually to each state to provide veteran staff to assist specifically with veteran employment. They are DVOP (Disabled Veteran Opportunity Program) representatives who case manage disabled veterans as well as other veterans with barriers to employment and LVER (Local Veteran Employment Representatives) who do the business outreach to find or create jobs/careers for veterans. We are part of each state governments Workforce one-stop system which are called different things (WorkSource in Washington State) in different states. By federal rules we can only assist veterans and have access to our states unemployment databases allowing us the ability to search and communicate with unemployed veterans.
Here is a link to find the closest state one-stop for anywhere: http://www.careeronestop.org/LocalHelp/AmericanJobCenters/find-american-job-centers.aspx

AJCs are also mandated to provide Priority of Service to veterans. Here in Oregon we can't put job listings only for veterans, legally, but they will be notified of the opening ahead of non-vets. I will also forward information on to veterans on openings that I hear of and think that it would be a good fit for them.

Workforce development agencies (state level). You can find a list by state here: https://us.jobs/state-workforce-agencies.asp

From me being a fellow job seeker: Military installation job fairs, army wounded warrior programs, vet centers, VA, and SFAC facilities.

Contact every state's Workforce Division, or whatever it's called. They have specifically trained advisers and counselors to work with veterans looking for employment. That's where your employment advertisement will enter the conversation.
