Where do you get your motivation to come to work and do what you do, day in and day out?

To be the best leader I could so that I could give the leadership I could to my soldiers. They deserve nothing less than my best.

SFC (Join to see), I may be retired Navy and working for the AIr National Guard as a contractor, but my main source of motivation is my rather generous paycheck! :>)

That is a personal question. We all find motivation in different ways. Sadly I have to give you the canned answer. Ask yourself are the reasons you came in still valid? A lot of the things that suck are both Civilian and Military. Issues with coworkers and stupid rules will follow you where ever you go. Family, personal goals and What makes you tick are all something personal.
