Where does a WOC stand in a formation, and do you salute them?

WOC are only candidates while are in WOCS school. They stand wherever their Cadre tell them to stand. When they graduate they are no longer a WOC but a WO1 and you salute them

Sort of...in the Reserve, candidates can put on the WOC and wear it for months before they report to the schoolhouse. I assume this is why the question is being asked.

1. Wouldn't have 1 in my formation- WOC are students in training. 2. Their rank is less then a 2LT, cause if they screw up, WOC will send them back as an E5

Unless they were higher than E5 when entering WOCS, then they go back to their last enlisted rank.....
