I've often said that in order to defeat ISIS we should cut off the support it is receiving monetarily. The U.S. treasury is conducting an investigation into the International Supply chains and capital flow in the ME.

The real question that should be asked. Why is it that unknown photographers can capture photo after photo of ISIS convoys. Yet none of these convoys are taken out by A-10s or an Apache squadron. These are targets of opprotunity,

I am sure ISIS can be shut down by a Toyota recall. Toyota has like 3 a year on Tacomas

They stole them just like the armored vehicles that they nabbed when the Iraqi Army ran like cowards. The Toyota Helix is widely used throughout the Middle East.

Those tan and white Toyotas can be found all over North Africa and the Middle East. There is no mystery where they came from.

They look pretty old. I wouldn't question Toyota it until they start acquiring the new Tacomas, Tundras, or the Hilux....but the question still stands, where in God's name are they getting these vehicles....probably at the local CarMax.
