Where is the best DFAC in the whole Army?

I didn't eat in the chow hall very often, but I eat lunch with someone at the Fort Shafter DFAC once, and they had table cloths and a dessert cart. That was different.

Hohenfels, Germany is good.

In Iraq I know it was not Al Qaim. We had tray rats the whole time.

I would have to say United States Army Garrison Mannheim, Germany. Sadly it exists, no more.

It's hard for me to address that now, SPC Angel Guma! However, the chow we had at jump school at Fort Benning (MAR-APR70) was some of the best I had in the Army!
