Conus, Fort Lee Virginia. Oconus, main chow hall on LSA Anaconda (I know the name changed but in 2005 it was amazing compared to what we got for chow on FOB O'ryan).

Tony's..is the name of the Award winning DFAC that serves the NCO academy in Ft Leonard Wood. it is damn good

Camp Spann in Afghanistan was right up with the best...Steak and Lobster every Friday..The DFAC in Hohenfels was also great.. They all beat what we had in 64-66..

The best one I have encountered in my short Army life was in Camp Victory, or any USAF installation. Until recently they picked your plates for you.lol

Best chow hall I came across was at Manas AB. Discom at Ft. Bragg had the best on post when I was there
