Where is the point of no return? The point when action has to be taken to protect the constitution?

As I have seen some others say that things are coming to a point we as Vets and service members will have to stand up and defend the constitution. But we have a problem that really needs discussing.
That problem is this. They have not changed and probably will not change the constitution. But the laws they are writing circumvent the the ideals the constitution was written by. Such As President Biden's bans and things he is making presidential executive orders for will circumvent the constitutional amendments.
I for one do not know where that point is crossed where our oath has to be upheld and we have to do our duty to show or use force to restore the constitution. So this is the reason I am asking where that point is and what is it that will force that point?

SPC Curtis Underwood - Almost all of that requires legislative action, which he doesn't control. I'm a gun owner, and those things don't worry me at all.

SPC Curtis Underwood
BTW He stated in one of his very few interviews "I will put a ban on all assault style weapons and make a mandatory buy back of assault style weapons" Now he stated this and I was listening when he did. Now what he is doing or not doing is not being fully said but I asked the question because I don't know or have enough information to know the answer to at what point does it have to pass to be considered an attack?

SPC Curtis Underwood - Those things still require legislative action, and he doesn't control Congress. Every time a Democrat gets elected, everyone starts worrying that the Democrat is coming after your guns. I'll believe it when I see it. I've been through this cycle far too many times, and nobody has ever come after my guns.

LTC Kevin B. - I pray your are right. I had rather live and let live. This political environment that exists today and the media being so one sided does not give much confidence in our government.

Change the Constitution or adapt/relocate. It's how we used to do it in the early years. The unlawful and impatient ways don't work. See Civil War. Assembly and peaceful protest are a start. Vote always. https://conventionofstates.com/
Article V offers the only constitutional solution as big as the problem. Together, we can end federal overreach.
