I thought it was Munich until I PCSd to Washington D.C. After that, I have to say that San Antonio is the worst place to drive in the world. It is so dangerous on the roads that it is kind of a running joke. If you don't have an "I almost got into a wreck today" story at least 3 times a week, you are extremely lucky!
