Research non-invasive treatments (such as physical therapy) as being digital. Many times it is painful for veterans to travel due to service related conditions. My suggestion is to connect with a qualified professional virtually via webcam to try certain medical interventions together. If the patient is not responding to the treatment virtually, or prefers in patient treatment, then in-person treatment is and should be the treatment option.

I think it would be helpful when you move to a new location to complete your own registration online so you can be assigned a primary care team etc without needing to go in and register in person especially since there’s really no way to give the new facility a heads up that you have to register for care there etc.

I think appointments could definitely be better if they go digital. It would make it a lot easier.

Personally, I prefer digital over paper for basically everything. Electronic deposits are great as is the ability to refill prescriptions. I do enjoy human interaction ( on occasion) but so long as the platform is easy to understand and user friendly, I'm good with digital communication and services.

This is the only way to go - we need to be fully digital, not writing and cashing checks. As a person who was born prior to the Korean War (barely), I believe the use of digital is NOT beyond the comprehension level of anyone today.

ATF needs to be fully digital so that I can use an antivirus program and eliminate it from the federal government.

Currently everything that I personally have needed is provided virtually.
