I think you're asking the wrong question. However, if you are a WO-1, you have potential to grow in that field to a certain degrees. As a senior enlisted, it's a tough competition to fight for E-8 and eventually E-9.

Your WO-1 is going to make more vs an E-7 if everything TIS wise is equal.

I always thought if you're already a SFC and switch over to Warrant you'd be a CW2 right outta the gate? Anyone know if this is correct or not?

WO1 pays a couple hundred more a month than E7.
