For those of you who workout in the gym with weights, which workout routine or program works best for you? I.e. full body split, German Volume Training, supersets, giant sets, etc.

I work out almost every night. Cardio to get the blood moving and warm up then on to weights depending on what I did the prior evening. Mostly 3 sets of 15 for upper body of the highest weight possible or 3 sets of 20 for lower body at the highest weight possible. Bit my favorite gym machine is the assisted pull-up bar. I lower the weight as much as I can without hurting my shoulder too bad to strengthen them.

That depends. What's your focus? I used SofWods when I was still in. I've heard good things about Soflete as well.
