Husband is deployed they sent him overseas a month ago , but his reclass school starts in October. The army can’t decide when they need to send him back stateside who can I reach out to , to get proper stuff done or people involved back stateside. To add to it they can’t get his official orders printed at his location and he needs to do it back at base here stateside but there seems to be no one who knows what to do to redeploy him back for his schooling.

He needs to talk to his Career Counselor, plain and simple. His Career Counselor can talk to the CSM who makes these decisions of who goes and who stays.

Career counselor has been pretty much useless and keeps giving different answers or idk each time he talks to them

Amanda Rold then have him talk to the Brigade Senior Career Counselor. Having a Soldier miss Training is a huge headache to fix and the senior will get on the junior counselor to fix it

Amanda Rold sounds as if your husband needs TDY (temporary duty) orders to attend school. The unit in charge of the school should be able to ‘cut’ those orders. (that’s how it was done when I was on Active Duty)

There are DA level messages dictating when a SM needs to be returned to parent unit for DA level training, PCS, ETS, ect.
I no longer have access to those current directives but your Soldier does. Its a fixed schedule leaving the lower level commander very little wiggle room. Short of your Soldier being the only TX/SCCI holding in a specialists low density MOS critical to the units mission sort of thing your SM will need to be retuned to the parent unit location with JUST enough time to process out and go to school ... it will not be fun or convenient, and leave little time to do anything but the required tasks to depart for school.
The career counselor, the unit senior leadership, the CSM, SGM, ect all know what the guidance is..its written, specific and common knowledge. If its not common knowledge, that command team is lacking, move up the chain of command until he finds competent leadership to assist with his career.

I don't really know, but wouldn't the rear detachment of his company/battery be able to print/obtain his orders? As they would be losing and therefore gaining personnel they have to be in the loop somehow. He should ask his command team.
