Who helped you through PTSD, how was it accomplished, and are you forever changed?

I went to therapy every day for a whole year but it was very random in nature as if they did not know how to help us. I helped myself get out of PTSD, although I have changed due to some depression, anxiety, and forgetfulness.
If anyone needs to talk about yourself and what you are going through, by all means I will be your battle buddy.

What we don't discuss often are the thousands of broken marriages caused by PTSD. Soldiers return from deployment with PTSD and it is too difficult to manage the marriage. She divorces him and takes the kids. He becomes broken in even more ways. I was quite sad to see this transpire.

I am STILL struggling with it. I've been on TONS of meds, went to therapy, but my anxiety, stress, and anger seems to be getting worse. I feel soo old! ( 100)

I forced myself on a daily basis to recognize all that I loved in my life several times a day. I was broken but it allowed me to see the light in the darkness. Once I had control, I worked on depression, guilt, anxiety, racing thoughts.
