I influenced myself, as the pay was more than I was making at the time. Then it became a career.
Well there were many influencing factors. The times 1970's, the culture people and news always talking about the war but mostly my older brother. He came back from the war broke and a changed person. I joined the Marines because of the espree de corps. It was a group of individuals who were professional in doing their jobs. I also came from a family knowing we had an obligation to protect this country.

God, honor, truth and justice. Everyone has a responsibility to serve God and their Country from evil. It’s a shame that some, if not most greedy hired liar politicians and lawyers don’t honorably serve God and the rule of law. I believe Hell burns bright and will have plenty of cursed evil souls on their way.

My brother was in the Marine Corps and he played a large role in my decision to become an officer. Also, one of my best friends enlisted, and played a large part in my decision to join the Army.
