Who is acting aggressively and provocatively, us or them? (Specifically in reference to the USS Ross incident in the Black Sea)
I realize the source is biased, but I suspect that most of the physical events of the story are accurate. The question is, is Russia being aggressive or is it the US? Also interesting to note is the reference to the USS Donald Cook and it's incident with Russia. Secondary question - do we think that Russia has an active airborne EMP weapon?

Not too certain, but I believe that the only thing needed to make a nuke an EMP weapon is a timing device. Not much of a stretch for any nuclear-capable country.
