I know I'm probably asking for a storm posting this, but I think this is a pretty good example of overcoming biases about ability to perform.

Way to go Sgt!

I'm sure they can. I've met some very physically capable women. The only restriction I would put on women in a combat role is the same one I would put on a man. Meet the standards.

I think that's all the majority of us would put on anyone SGT Richard H.. You are no good to your buddies if you cannot meet the standard, be you male, female, dog, cat, llama, etc...

No offense Sir but that sounds like a treat. Veterans have a voice Sir and our constitutional rights say that we can speak freely!

No offense taken SSG Travis Puckett . It truly was meant as a joke in support of some of my female friends in the RP community.

said it before a hundred times since at lease 1990....if a person can do the job (he or she) then I have no issue with them. I was asked this as a tank commander back in the day...I responded with: as long as that person follows my orders, does their job to the best of their ability and does not cause tension among my crew...I dont care...if a woman wants to be on a tank crew and can lift and toss those main gun rounds...more power to her...everyone deserves a chance
