Why are we training with the Chinese?

You would be surprised why we do these things. We gather Intel on everyone we work with. You would be surprised on how poorly the chinese military is equipped. I am sure if they are sending their soldiers to train with us they are sending their best. We should be able to assess this. There could be a good intel we could gain.

So they can reverse engineer our methods like they do our products?
