Let's share some good experiences. I'm proud to be a 92G because of our versatility in todays Army. After preparing meals for Soldiers; we go and train beside them and do it all over again daily. As 92G's we earn many accolades outside of our MOS as well. Share your moments

Well an Army runs on its stomach. I was proud of everything I did during deployments. Post Army the transition couldn't of been better. Right off the bat picked up a great paying job in management working in a prison kitchen which lead to a better job working in a federal prison kitchen. Absolutely happy with everything I did and wouldn't of changed a thing.

SSG,
So many things to be proud of as a 92G! I can't name them all but, cooking and providing some great meals to the warfighter is the most memorable moment for me. Seeing them eat a meal that we've prepared and actually enjoying it is where it's at!
As a Food Service Specialist (Culinarian) we have some of the best Special Programs in the Military. From providing VIP Service on a Gulfstream to Cooking for the POTUS himself...to name a few. We are by far from the bottom of the food chain.
We must embrace this profession that we picked for ourselves. Have a sense of pride in all that we do and will do for the warfighter. Could be a hell of a lot worst.

Like SPC Johnson said, an Army runs on its stomach. Nothing made me happier on deployment than giving out cases of Red Bull and Gaterade to grunts going out on convoys. 2 cans my sainted aunt....
