If you are medically retired you can fly space A because you have an ID Card.

From AMC's website

Category VI
Retired military members who are issued DD Form 2 and eligible to receive retired or retainer pay.

Guess what, since my last post, 100% permanent and total and TDIU can fly Space A, but only in the United States and it's territories. That is Awesome!
