Why do I get notifications in RP saying someone mentioned me in a post, but my name is nowhere to be found?

I get these notifications all the time, saying another member mentioned me in a post. I select the notification, which takes me to the post, and my name is nowhere to be found.

How does this happen? I acknowledge, I am not an IT guru, and as my Computer Programmer son-in-law would say, "Dad, you're such a user when it comes to computers."
