Why doesn't the Federal Government invest the Billions to Rebuild and Reinvigorate our Inner Cities like it does other Countries?

What can we to do "Eliminate" the Ball and Chain of Poverty? Before we handle other people's business overseas why don't we take care of our "OWN" People here at home? If we don't Invest in the Replenishment and Rejuvenation of our own Impoverished cities; what are we saying about the future of this Country?

When they find oil in the projects, I promise there will be brand new roads to the wells almost overnight. Our entire infrastructure is circling the bowl, but we always seem to have billions for those who chant 'Death to America.'

The reason is simple, you remember those "shovel ready projects" a few years ago! Where did those dollars go? I'll tell you, straight to the deficit! Until we can get the politics out of politics, nothing constructive will never get done in my humble opinion.
